1. Rose Pomegranate Martini: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the following ingredients: 1 ½ oz pomegranate juice, 1 ½ oz vodka infused with white rose tea (recipe follows), ½ oz sweet vermouth, 1 dash each of cherry bitters and aromatic bitters, and 3-5 broken mint leaves. Shake, and pour into a cocktail glass garnished with rose petal confetti. To infuse the vodka, pour 1 cup vodka into a container, and add 1 bag Numi Organic White Rose Tea. Seal the container, and let sit for a few hours or overnight in a cool dark place.
